TJEKKEDE CHICKS (komedie): Lily fra San Francisco bliver inviteret til bryllupsreception i L.A. sammen med HAM. Jonathan. Drømmefyren (det ved han bare ikke, men det skal receptionen bruges til at ændre kraftigt på). Derfor allierer Lily sig med L.A.-veninden, Francis, der er helt oppe på beatet m.h.t. hvad der er cool på de hotte natklubber. På selve D-dag begår Lily sit livs dumhed. Hun smider invitationen væk! Nu mangler hun to vigtige oplysninger. Præcis hvor (hun véd, det er i Hollywood) og nogenlunde hvornår (hun véd, det er om aftenen). Og hun véd at hun må og skal møde HAM.En lettere desperat og småhysterisk Lily overtaler veninden til at hjælpe hende med Operation ”Find En bryllupsreception”. Deres desperate jagt resulterer i en helt forrygende aften, hvor de bl.a. opnår at blive smidt ud fra adskillige selskaber, terroriseret af psykopatiske bartendere og jagtet af politiet.
