An animated kids show featuring James Bond’s nephew (shades of Woody Allen), it was an attempt to reach a younger demographic that the Bond audience had featured under Timothy Dalton. Eon had discovered that the average age of a Bond viewer was 25 -- much older than the cinematic average. The show was a hit, and very popular among kids 6-11. And with its fan base, Eon hoped to bring a new generation of American fans into the Bond fold.

They produced 65 episodes, syndicated weekdays, featuring a teenage Bond, Q, Leiter, etc., who faced villains like Dr. Derange, Baron von Skarin, Goldie Finger, and Walker D. Plank. They all work for "SCUM" -- Saboteurs and Criminals United in Mayhem. Movie villains (now updated and robotized) even appeared -- like Jaws, Dr. No, Goldfinger, Oddjob, and even Nick Nack from The Man With the Golden Gun (Herve Villechaize reprised his role by doing the voice).
